About Disney’s Arts of Animation Resort

Disney’s Arts of Animation Resort is a Value hotel features family suites, specially designed to accommodate up to six guests, as well as standard guestrooms. The suites feature a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge two bathrooms, a master bedroom and three separate sleeping areas within the living area. Standard rooms are located in The Little Mermaid buildings and accommodate up to four Guests, plus one child under age 3 in a cot. All have an in room safe. The Resort hotel draws its inspiration from four classic Disney Animated films: The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and DisneyPixar’s Finding Nemo and Cars. Complimentary bus transportation is available to transport guests to most areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including theme parks, water parks, Resort hotels and Disney Springs.

Weather

Florida in the summer runs from June through to September with average temperatures ranging between 27°C in June and September and 28°C in July and August (hottest months of the year reaching highs of 33°C). If you choose to visit Florida in the summer, be sure to pick a room that is air-conditioned.

The winter months, December, January and February are the by far the coolest months. You’ll be feeling an average temperature of about 16°C. It does rise to 22°C to 23°C.
