Encantada is located in Kissimmee on Highway 192, approximately 5 miles from Disney and features 2, 3 and 4 bedroom self-catering units which have a private hot tub or splash pool on the patio.
It is a 24 hour gated community with a 6500 sq. ft. clubhouse that boasts resort facilities which include two outdoor swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi, a children’s play area and a private lake surrounded by a walking/jogging trail. Within the resort Clubhouse is a reception, a bar with a pool table, a cyber café, games arcade and a gym. Free guest services include car parking, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse and the “Team Marina” kid’s club
Within short distance of Encantada there are many restaurants offering everything from fast-food outlets and self-service buffets to fine dining and car hire is required when staying here.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining area and living room equipped with 50” LCD television, home cinema, DVD and CD player. The private terrace, fitted with mosquito nets, is furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs and a hot tub (3 & 4 bedroom units) or a splash pool (2 & 3 bedroom units). The bedrooms are situated on the second floor with the master bedroom featuring a 30” LCD television and en-suite bathroom.

Florida in the summer runs from June through to September with average temperatures ranging between 27°C in June and September and 28°C in July and August (hottest months of the year reaching highs of 33°C). If you choose to visit Florida in the summer, be sure to pick a room that is air-conditioned.
The winter months, December, January and February are the by far the coolest months. You’ll be feeling an average temperature of about 16°C. It does rise to 22°C to 23°C.
