About Tuscana Resort
Tuscana is a stunning Mediterranean style gated resort located close to Champions gate and features 2 and 3 bedroom, self-catering condominiums and communal facilities.
The accommodation consists of 2 and 3 bed spacious condos with large balconies and is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Every condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV’s in all bedrooms, screened porch, air conditioning, washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as McDonalds, Chili’s, Subway, Pizza Hut, Publix Grocery Store and Walgreen’s Drug store.
A complimentary starter pack of toilet tissue, soap, shampoo, conditioner and garbage bag is provided on arrival to get you started. Grocery stores are plentiful and close by to stock up on everything else you may need.

1 bedroom condo has one queen bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps up to 4 guests.
2 bedroom condo has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room and sleeps up to 6 guests.
3 bedroom condo has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It will sleep up to 8 guests

Things to Do
Self-catering means there is no daily housekeeping. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and then after the guest’s departure. The condo is equipped with a starting kit which consists of toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit runs out, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies they will be using during their stay.
The resort has a daily fee of approximately $10+ tax payable by the guest at check in
Minimum age to check in is 21
At check in, the resort requires a security deposit from all guests. The condos are privately owned and as a management company, the resort collects the security deposit to protect the contents of each unit for the owners. All guests have two options for the security deposit:
The guest can choose a $300 authorization on a major credit card that is released after check-out, if there are no damages to the unit.
Or our guest can purchase a onetime, non refundable $39 property protection plan that will cover up to $1500 of incidental damages.
The authorization can only be done with a major credit card and it is not an actual charge but a hold placed on your credit limit. A debit card, will take up to 30 days to release the authorization
